At One Choice Physical Therapy, we accept Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, and Medicare Part-B (all in-network).
For billing purposes in Medicare Part B, we are considered an "Outpatient Home-Based Physical Therapy"
If you do not have insurance, you can also ask about our Concierge / Cash Pay option.
We accept a variety of insurance plans and are participating providers with Medicare Part B.

You won't pay a cent more for our in home/office care then you would if you visited a client or doctor's office
Use Your Medicare
You are welcome to use your Medicare part-B plan along with a secondary plan to help cover all your costs.
Concierge / Cash Pay
If you prefer, you can pay cash for your visit. You won't be charged until the visit is completed. Call for prices.
