One Choice Physical Therapy is located in Orange County, CA. We customize a rehabilitation program around your unique needs and situation. We come to you at your office or home for evaluations, education, and treatment for a variety of conditions.
We accept a variety of insurance plans and are participating providers with Medicare Part B.

Each injury and person are unique in their own way. For this reason, our treatments are personalized on a one-to-one basis to ensure you are receiving the care you need.

Treatment in the comfort of your own home or office is easy, convenient, & safe. This saves you time in travel and limits your exposure to other patients.
Telehealth
If you don't feel comfortable having one of our therapists coming to your home, virtual appointments are another option. Our therapist will walk you through your customized treatment plan.
Use Insurance or Pay a Flat Fee
Insurance Co-Pay
You won't pay a cent more for our in home/office care then you would if you visited a client or doctor's office
Use Your Medicare
You are welcome to use your Medicare part-B plan along with a secondary plan to help cover all your costs.
Concierge / Cash Pay
If you prefer, you can pay cash for your visit. You won't be charged until the visit is completed. Call for prices.
