About One Choice Physical Therapy
One Choice Physical Therapy (OCPT) is based in Orange County, CA. We customize all our rehabilitation programs around the needs of each individual patient in the office or within the comfort of their own home. Here at OCPT we provide evaluations, education, and treatment for individuals in a caring way for those who suffer from a variety of conditions in either a one-time or on-going treatment plan.
We provide evaluations, education, and treatment for individuals after joint replacement, stroke, balance insufficiency, hospitalization, orthopedic conditions, generalized weakness, chemotherapy, and much more.
Our OCPT therapists provide one on one training to individuals to assist in regaining their independence via fitness, balance, and education. We work with individuals and increase balance, endurance, and strength.
About Our Founder
Sheridan Savio (MPT, CFPS) has firsthand experience and empathy as she experienced Physical Therapy and full recovery from serious illness and invasive surgery. Sheridan successfully endured two years of intensive aggressive physical therapy three times a week learning how to walk again. Sheridan decided that she would help people going through what she had and continues to go through. She is caring and empathetic, helping her patients go through their recovery. Sheridan's experience and expertise as a PT include inpatient acute care, outpatient orthopedics, home health, geriatrics, total joint replacement recovery and rehabilitations, cardiology, oncology, diabetes, neurological disorders, balance, and weakness.

You won't pay a cent more for our in home/office care then you would if you visited a client or doctor's office
Use Your Medicare
You are welcome to use your Medicare part-B plan along with a secondary plan to help cover all your costs.
Concierge / Cash Pay
If you prefer, you can pay cash for your visit. You won't be charged until the visit is completed. Call for prices.
